Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, who will be badociated for a grand ceremony on December 12th, will hold their pre-wedding ceremony at scenic Pichola Lake in Udaipur. The ceremonies must take place on December 8th and 9th.
The event management company, hired for the same purpose, would have developed a plan for building an aquatic world on boats and pontoons. According to DNA, a gigantic pontoon must be set up in Udai Vilas Ghat, on Lake Pichola, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests at a time.
A ship made up of several flat-bottomed boats would have a huge idol of Lord Shrinathji, the venerated deity of Ambanis. The family aboard the ship, which floated on the lake, also asked for a floral composition to adorn the deity.
On the floating stage, dancers would perform in respect of Indian traditions and customs. A maha aarti is also supposed to take place before the start of the celebrations. Even Lake Conservation officials have allegedly been intimidated to obtain approval for several floating pontoons on the lake. Fountains on the lake, to recreate the decor of Lake Como the engagement of the couple in September, are also supposed to be part of the decor of the celebrations before the wedding. While Isha is the Indian business magnate Mukesh Ambani and the daughter of Nita Ambani, Anand is the son of Ajay Piramal, billionaire industrialist and chairman of the Piramal group.
