Realme announced a few weeks ago that he was going to start publishing a new update of his phones. He announces today that it is the turn of his first smartphone, the Realme 1. The update comes under the name of ColorOS 5.2, which is also deployed on some OPPO phones.
ColorOS 5.2 brings many new features and fixes to the phone. It also includes the October security patch. Here are some of the new features:

- The status bar does not blink with the developer and accessibility options enabled.

- Security patch for October
- Added "Game Space". This is the version of Realme game modes that we have seen on other phones that optimizes performance and activates the NPD mode.
- Support for audio playback mode in video player
- New start animation.
- New interface for locked screen.
- Long press the power button for 0.5 seconds to launch the Google wizard.
- Added "Smart Scan" to translate text by photo.
Realme states that it is a staged deployment that has limited number of devices today. The larger deployment will start on December 3 if no critical bug is found.

However, if you do not want to wait, Realme says you can register here and update will be sent to you in about 24 hours. The page asks you if you have a Realme 1 and asks for your IMEI1 number.
