However, in the midst of all the excitement of the Gully Boy, which also caught the attention of the paparazzi who were waiting for it was Shweta's presence in the crowd. In a video that is now online, Shweta can be seen as she is in the middle of her fans, swinging and smiling to the rhythm of a rap performance on stage.

The eldest child of Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, in the spotlight, would have been natural if her parents had not ensured that their two children grew up away from the lights. While her younger brother Abhishek joined the movies, she married at the age of 22 and at 23, she was already a mother. For many years, she led a very private (and privileged) life in Delhi as a mother and homemaker.

Then, over the last two years, she is slowly but surely pbading in the shade. After writing a column in a newspaper, she released a book, her first fictional work, titled Paradise Towers, and later in the year she launched her own fashion brand with designer Monisha Jaising.

In addition, Shweta has also become a regular at the Bollywood Swish Group and she regularly attends all regular Bollywood parties. So much so that she even went to Karan Johar's "good friend," Koffee, with Karan with his brother Abhishek. Last year, too, she made her Instagram account public and, seeing the popularity of her online publication on Navya, she and her daughter, it is safe to say that there is another combination mother-daughter not to be missed.
