NEW DELHI: Folk singer Teejan Bai, Djibouti president, Ismail Omar Guelleh, L & T group president Anil Manibhai Naik, and Marathi theater painter Balwant Moreshwar Purandare were honored by the Padma Vibhushan, second highest civilian honor of the year, this year Kariya Munda, chief of the Jharkhand tribe, the chief executive of BHP Bihar Hukumdev Narayan Yadav, the leader of Akali, SS Dhindsa, former minister of The Union and mountaineer Bachendri Pal are among the 14 winners of the Padma Bhushan Award.
