A sequel to the next film Detective Pikachu is in development with a 22 Jump Street .
The movie Pokemon has not made its way into the theaters yet, but Warner Bros and Legendary are the subject of a complimentary series. While Ryan Reynolds will return as an incumbent electric Pokemon, with Oren Uziel on board to write it.
Uziel is best known for 22 Jump Street and The Cloverfield Paradox but also Men in Black International is on his way to Warner Bros. and is working on a feature film Supergirl for Warner Bros.
Following the release of Detective Pikachu is a big show of confidence of the studio. The release date of the film, May 10, marks for the second year in a row a powerful film starring Reynolds, which prompted a major film of the Avengers to make a leap of a week. In 2018, Avengers: Infinity War jumped from May 4 to April 27 to leave Deadpool 2 . Earlier this year, Avengers: Endgame went from his plans from May 3 to April 26, which gave him a week of respite with detective Pikachu .
First reactions to the Detective Pikachu's trailer had ComicBook.com predicting a rival Marvel Cinematic Universe in the form of a big-screen world for Pokemon finally realized. In fact, the Pokemon franchise is already one of the most profitable titles in the world in terms of video games, derivative products, card games, TV shows and animated films. Detective Pikachu is on his first attempt in the entertainment world and seems to be becoming a resounding success.
Detective Pikachu is theatrically released on May 10, 2019. His suite has no release date yet.
