AEW superstar and WWE legend Chris Jericho confirmed he would return to New Japan Pro Wrestling in the future. since then, he certainly has not bitten his tongue on social media. From criticizing Brock Lesnar to calling WWE, ROH & Impact, Jericho is doing everything in his power to promote the AEW brand.
Unfortunately, with regard to New Japan, it seems that the veteran is more than willing to remain the door open for a potential return.
For what it's worth, Jericho's antics on social media should always be taken with a pinch of salt, as we all know. The guy is a master in the art of hanging out fans, and it looks like he will be doing it until the day he retires. Fortunately for the fans, however, it does not seem like this day is fast approaching.
Jericho will be an integral part of the AEW team, and we do not just want to say in the ring. His work behind the camera could be just as important, depending on the degree of involvement of The Young Bucks. If his project is concrete enough, his experience could prove invaluable.
For now, all we can do is sit down and ask ourselves if it will come back legitimately to NJPW. the future not so far away.
