Actor Shamita Shetty's conductor was allegedly attacked by three unidentified persons near Viviana Shopping Center to in Thane on Tuesday after her car was struck from behind by a vehicle from a booth aggregator service . The police have registered a case and are looking for the defendant on the basis of a sequence of CCTV and the registration number of the car.

According to the Rabodi police of Thane, Darshan Sawant, 29, a resident of Mira Road and a Shetty employee for two years, drove her from from Versova to Brahmand in Thane.

"Once on the Cadbury Bridge, his car was ejected by another car from behind. Later, the other driver took the actor's vehicle and forced him to stop near the Viviana shopping mall, "said a police officer from the Rabodi police station.

When the Sawant driver got off, the driver and pbadengers of the other vehicle would have started to mistreat him and badault him.

"There were three people in the car. I've noticed his number, "said Sawant.

Shamita asked Sawant to go to the nearest police station, where a complaint was filed under various sections of the PIC. The cops are now trying to find the accused.
