Mumbai: Actor Aditya Roy Kapur said the failure of OK Jaanu had hit him hard, adding that he was difficult to be optimistic about his next project. Although Aditya has had success with Aashiqui 2, the actor has failed to elicit the expected reactions with projects such as London Dreams, Action Replayy, Daawat-e-Ishq, and Fitoor. Welcome to New York.

Aditya said, "You know, I think everyone is different, I think that in the case of OK Jaanu, it hit me a little harder actually, even the one before that who did not did not know, so it was like a double whammy so to speak.

"It was a little difficult for me to pull myself together from this situation and become optimistic about the rest." OK Jaanu is the remake of director Tamil, director Mani Ratnam, who hit OK Kanmani, a young couple, Tara and Adi, played by Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya, and released in 2017.

"But yes, I cut myself for a moment maybe from the world. I repress and I'm a little lonely, but I think I'm only dealing with what has happened to make peace with that and that I'm not letting that dictate the attitude with which you behave, you know. Because this is not the idea, "added Aditya.

The actor explained his way of handling chess during his appearance in the talk show of Karan Johar on Koffee with Karan with actor Sidharth Malhotra. The episode will be broadcast Sunday on Star World.
