Sometimes the WWE will announce things and will not really give all the necessary information. We previously announced that Bobby Lashley should face Finn Balor next week on RAW. WWE has not specified if it was for the intercontinental title.
WWE then released a video confirming that Bobby would put his IC title on the line against Finn Balor on RAW.
