Bangalore : A seemingly simple incident took a rather shocking turn when a fire at a shopping complex located on the Chamrajpet's 9th traffic lane was reportedly the most likely. work of a tenant and his wife. The tenant and his wife lit the fire to take revenge on their landlord.
The reality of the incident appeared after the owner had viewed the images from CCTV. The owner, Dileep Kumar, rented his 14 foot shop on the first floor of the Geetha complex in Misrilal Thali and Indiradevi, the couple wanting to open a hardware store. Kumar, who lives in the same building, signed a document stating that the rent was 13,000 rupees and that the couple agreed to do so.

According to the Bangalore Mirror, the couple stopped paying rent after five months and constantly created a scene in the building because of which, Kumar asked them to leave the store. Kumar filed in the City Court a case of small clauses after the couple refused to leave. The court asked the couple to leave the Kumar property in November 2018 and gave them a month to do the same.
As Kumar and his family traveled to Rajasthan for a ten-day trip, he received a phone call informing him that the building was on fire. When Kumar reached the building on December 14, he was informed that a short circuit was responsible for the fire. However, when Kumar viewed the footage from the building under CCTV, he found the villains responsible for the incident.
According to the pictures, Indiradevi left the store after turning off the lights. A few seconds after Misrilal left the store, smoke was spotted from the store. Unable to find the keys to his scooter, Misrilal pushed him and the couple escaped from the camera's eyes. Curiously, a member of the couple's family arrived and alerted the fire department of the incident.
Under Section 436, the Chamrapet police engaged against the accused couple the use of a fire / explosive in order to destroy a building. Kumar, however, agreed to deal with his tenants and took possession of his property.
