Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai – Preview of February 7: Keerti wonders why Kartik wants her to forgive him

Keerti battled life-threatening injuries to regain consciousness. She is on the road to recovery and seems to have understood the truth about the loss of her child with a pinch of salt. She returns a surprise visit to her family with Naksh after eleven days of recovery. She is happy to meet everyone and especially her nephew Krish (her son). For the non-admitted, Keerti gave birth to a healthy son and Naira gave birth at the same time to a premature baby girl. The little girl died shortly after her birth. Keerti was not aware of the birth of her son while Naira wanted to see her child. To save Naira from a panic attack, Kartik exchanged babies.

Keerti's maternal instinct drives her closer to Krish and she adores her. Poor girl, she does not know that the baby that she thinks is her nephew is her son. In the pre-cap segment, Keerti explains to Naira the strange thoughts that come to him in the mind. She tells Naira that she wonders why she thinks Kartik wants her to forgive him. Naira also wonders what Keerti's thoughts indicate.

Will Keerti know that Krish is his son? Will she forgive her brother for the injustice inflicted on her and her husband, especially when they lost consciousness? Will Naira forgive Kartik for doing what he did that unhappy night?
