Earlier in the day, THR announced that WB and DC were considering potential fallout around the trench, with extraterrestrial ocean dwellers seen attacking Arthur and Mera in the film Aquaman . In this same article, the outlet refutes the fact that neither James Wan, nor Jason Momoa, nor the studio had had any serious discussions regarding a direct sequel Aquaman .
