"He has talent": Jennifer Connelly congratulates Tom Cruise on his recreation of the Top Gun motorcycle scene

Los Angeles: Actor Jennifer Connelly congratulated Hollywood star, Tom Cruise, for her driving skills after recreating the iconic Top Gun bike scene. The actor, aged 48, was photographed holding Cruise, 56, at the back of a black motorcycle. The scene resembles that of the 1986 clbadic in which Maverick and her love interest, Charlotte Charlie Blackwood, performed by Kelly McGillis, go for a spin.

"It was a fast motorcycle, it's an excellent driver, I actually did that, and we ran down the street and stopped at the house that's supposed to be my house. (in the film) and, for example, not once was half the month.

"Each time, he would zoom in the street and then stop on the mark. He has skills! Of course, "Connelly told Entertainment Tonight.

The two men will play in Top Gun: Maverick with Cruise taking over his role as Pete Maverick Mitchell, Val Kilmer also taking on the role of Iceman, while Jon Hamm and Miles Teller Directed by Joseph Kosinski, the film's release is scheduled for June 2020.
