Avengers: The end-game theory explains why Dr. Strange sacrificed himself to save Iron Man | Hollywood

A new theory of Avengers: Endgame explains the possible reasons why Dr. Strange allowed Thanos to "kill" half of the universe's population by leaving him the stone of time.

Towards the end of Infinity War, Dr. Strange said, "We are in the final phase," prompting millions of Marvel fans around the world to wonder what these words meant. He says he has seen 14 million possible results in the fight against Thanos and that there is only one route allowing the Avengers to win a victory.

The theory, published on Reddit, suggests that Strange sees the future and realizes that the surviving Avengers would be enough to reverse the effects of Decimation. This theory is based on the badumption that the breakup was a one-off event, and the mutilation of Eitri's hands by Thanos prevented the Gauntlet Infinity from being replicated. And the one that he used was damaged after closing.

"Together, the theory says, these facts mean that if the decimation can be reversed, Thanos will be effectively thwarted.

One continues to think that the Endgame plot will involve a trip back in time and that the surviving Avengers will set up a last stand. According to some rumors, the film would have divided the Marvel film universe in two stages, thinking to have lost half of its population.

Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Benedict Cumberbatch and others. The film's release is scheduled for April.
