WWE superstar arrested after "stalemate shirtless with cops in front of his wife"

WWE superstar Jimmy Uso was reportedly arrested after facing police officers.

The 33-year-old is part of the duo The Usos with his twin brother Jey. TMZ report Uso was arrested in Detroit after his wife, WWE star Naomi, was arrested for driving on the wrong side of the road.

It is alleged that the car smelled of alcohol and that the police ordered Naomi out of the driver's seat and vehicle.

Uso, whose real name is Jonathan Fatu, would then be out of the car and take his shirt.

An officer reportedly released his stun gun as he feared for his safety before Uso complied with his instructions.

Images were published by TMZ on Uso's photo ID before his release.

The WWE issued a brief statement on the incident and the future of Uso.

"Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his personal acts," reads the statement.
