Tonight's episode begins with Shivansh and Mannat enmeshed in the lights and trying to escape. Shivansh then hands her her bed sheet but she refuses to take it and brings her own bed sheet. He wakes up and realizes that it is very cold and that she may be frozen in her fragile cloth. He closes the windows and stares at her, thinking that she is innocent but very cunning.
Nani wakes Mannat and hands him a sari for the mooh dikhaayi ritual. She asks Shivansh but even Mannat does not know where he is. He is at Sonia's house and asks her what happened and why she disappeared from the wedding. Sonia reveals that she only remembers her waking up at the hospital, the doctor telling her that she was drugged. She suspects that it's about Mannat's work and Shivansh also agrees.
Shivansh arrives at his home and a new doctor will take care of his case. He brings her the good news that Shivansh's condition can be treated with a heart transplant. With that, the doctor also hands him a watch to monitor his heart rate and that it can help him. Varun hears everything and plans to put his life at risk by Mannat.
The media burst into the Oberoi mansion. Shivansh must leave immediately. Varun asks Mannat to remove the batteries from the watch and dispose of them with the extra batteries. However, by the time she is about to do it, Shivani calls her and takes her away. The media question Shivansh and ask him why he chose not to marry Sonia. Just then, Nani arrives with Mannat and tells her that she has a problem with Sonia and therefore marries him to Mannat instead.
The media then wonder if it was a publicity stunt to distract the media from its medical reports. To do this, PN loses his composure and asks Shivansh to fill the Mannat front with kumkum. Meanwhile, the first head of the Oberoi family comes out of his coma and asks to meet Shivansh so that she can tell him everything.
She then surprises the policewoman's conversation on the outside by telling her that she's awake and what she has to do to her. Shivansh meets Mannat alone and tells him if she is happy about his two-minute celebrity. Mannat then told her that even she did not care about him.
Shivansh is about to erase his kumkum when Mannat stops him and tells him never to touch his hand or finger and that she does what she does to keep it. PN. During the mooh dikhayi rasam, Shivansh discovers that the marriage with Mannat is real.
