Actors Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor recently spent a sunny and happy day with their son in their ancestral home, the Pataudi Palace. The images from their recent visit to the palace have become viral on social media.

The photos show Saif posing at various places in his luxury place and fans simply can not forget the architectural wonder. The vast halls and lush garden of the palace are the envy of star fans and if you too want to take a look at the Nawab residence, here are some more photos.

The Pataudi Palace is located in the Gurgaon district of Haryana. It was built in the early 1900s and also bears the name of Ibrahim Kothi. It was previously a Neemrana hotel from 2005 to 2014, before being taken over and renovated by Saif in 2014. Since then, the actor and his family spend their winters in the palace and visit his mother, veteran actor Sharmila Tagore and his sister Saba Ali. Khan, who lives in Delhi.

According to an article in the GQ magazine, the palace has 150 rooms, including seven cloakrooms, seven bedrooms, seven billiard rooms with large living rooms and dining rooms. The construction of the palace was ordered by Saif's grandfather, Iftikhar Ali Khan. It was designed by Robert Tor Russell imitating the design of colonial mansions. See more photos:

Saif and Kareena live in Mumbai with their son Taimur. Saif is currently shooting for the second season of her hit movie Netflix, Sacred Games, while Kareena is shooting for Good News with Akshay Kumar. She will also be seen with Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in the next Karan Johar, Takht.
