WWE SmackDown Live will continue on the road to WrestleMania this week and the WWE universe has recently undergone significant changes.
Kofi Kingston is now the favorite to join the Fastlane event against Daniel Bryan. This is due to the incredible reactions of his spectators during his matches in the accursed match and the match against Elimination Chamber.
It's hard to say if Mustafa Ali would have received the same reaction from fans, but Kofi Kingston has benefited from the bulk of Ali's planned push.
We've been told that a turnaround is planned for SmackDown Live tonight, which will lay the groundwork for Daniel Bryan's next defense of the WWE title against Kofi Kingston. Things can always change because the script is still being written, but that is the current plan.
