It's a common trend to see Bollywood stars and production houses celebrate the birthday of superhit movies on social media. However, this time it's Sonam Kapoor's husband, Anand Ahuja, who shared a video clip on his Instagram account to celebrate 10 years of his film, Delhi 6. He subtitled it , "icon ••• # 10ansofdelhi6."
Even the actor was surprised to see his message and reacted: "I can not believe that I found my light bulb in you …" Soon after, Anand shared a memory of the # He had watched the movie in New York 10 years ago. He shared the moment when he first saw it on the screen and why he went to watch the movie.
Going down into memory, Anand wrote in the comments section, "@sonamkapoor – the first time I've seen … on screen … at #CinemaVillage in Union Square NYC … your face looked familiar even though we had never met before … it was my second year of work and your second film. I had not been home for a year and I went to see the movie just because I was homesick and the title was "Delhi" in his name …! I did not quite understand the film but the link he created with his audience was undeniable. It's the power of intention, energy and emotion – that @bachchan and you put so sincerely into the film. It's something I've learned to see you working until today.
Directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Delhi 6, Abhishek Bachchan was the lead male alongside Waheeda Rahman, Rishi Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari and Om Puri.

Sonam and Anand united at a Sikh ceremony in May of last year. She now mixes London and Mumbai to find a balance between her personal life and her professional life. Anand also occasionally comes to India and was spotted at the screening of her last outing, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.
