MUMBAI: Filmmaker Raj Kumar Barjatya of Rajshri Productions, the family-style torchbearer in Hindi, died on Thursday. He was 75 years old and had been admitted to a hospital in South Mumbai after suffering a cardiac arrest. Barjatya was best known for his popular hits since the 1980s, such as "Maine Pyar Kiya", "Hum Aapke Hain Koun", "Vivaah" and "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo". His latest film is Hum Chaar.
