One of the Most Expected Movies of the Year in the Pikachu Adventure Comedy Series Detective Pikachu. The film stars Ryan Reynolds in the main character. He lends his voice to Pikachu and also leads Judge Smith in the lead. While the first trailer and the first Detective Pikachu's poster had sparked a keen interest in social media, the second trailer propelled excitement to another level.

The trailer plunges more into the plot and also introduces us to new Pokemons that were not in the first trailer. The new Pokemons include Machamp, Snorlex, Flareon, Cubone, Snubbull, Ludicolo, Aipom, Blastoise, Loudred and the evil Mewtwo, among others. The trailer also features one of the most famous attacks of Pikachu – the Volt Tackle. And not to say, it's extremely fun thanks to Ryan Reynolds jokes.

Ryan Reynolds shared the new trailer of his official Twitter account with the following caption: "He will follow these clues no matter where they … oh, something brilliant. #DetectivePikachu"

The caravan also recalled many of Reynolds own Deadpool. In fact, many call it a Pikachu version of Deadpool.

The story begins when Inspector Harry Goodman mysteriously disappears, prompting Tim, his 21 year old son, to find out what happened. Detective Pikachu, Pokémon's former partner for Harry, is taking part in the investigation: he's an adorable, super slug adorable who is cracking by his wise fears skill, which remains perplexed even for himself. Noting that they are particularly well equipped to communicate with each other, Tim and Pikachu unite in a thrilling adventure to solve the entangled mystery.

Looking for clues in the neon-lit streets of the city of Ryme, a modern and sprawling metropolis where humans and Pokémon live side by side in a very realistic world of real action: they meet a host of Pokémon characters and discover a shocking plot that could destroy this peaceful coexistence and threaten the entire universe of Pokémon.

Detective Pikachu is scheduled to be released on May 10.
