There's a new trailer for Detective Pikachu, and like the ones before it, it's full of Pokemon reproduced in extremely realistic details – and they're all incredibly strange and vaguely terrifying. Pikachu may be cute and fuzzy, but there are others that are not so endearing, like the very rude Lickitung.
Inspector Pikachu's new trailer falls in the middle of a series of Pokemon-related events, honoring the 23rd anniversary of Pokemon. Today marks the beginning of the Pokemon Go Pokemon Day event, which runs from February 26 to 28, and will introduce playful versions of Pidgey and Rattata to the game. There is also a Pokemon Direct on February 27th, which should provide information on upcoming Pokemon games.
We searched the last trailer to select all the new Pokemon hidden in the city of Ryme, and there are many. Some are cute, some are strange, and some seem really dangerous to be dragged into your city. Check them out below and report us in the comments if you've noticed the ones we're missing.
