Akshay Kumar donated Rs. 15 lakh to the widow of a CRPF member killed during the terrorist attack on Pulwama on Feb. 14. Police from the DIG Jagdish Central Reserve Narayan Meena confirmed that the actor had donated the money to Sundari Devi, widow of Jeet Ram Gurjar in Bharatpur. Gurjar 's younger brother, Vikram Singh, thanked the actor for his financial help and said that his brother being the only winning member of his family, they were very weak financially and the help of him was not enough. Akshay Kumar arrived at a time when the family needed it most. . Earlier, Akshay had promised to give 5 crores of Rs via Bharat Ke Veer. He had also tweeted to ask fans to contribute.
