Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon have 18 reasons to smile crore. Their latest film Luka Chuppi a funny animation on life relations, soared on the second day of its release and reported a crore of Rs 18.09 as of Saturday, tweeted Taran Adarsh. The film should cross the opening weekend of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (crore of 26.57 UK) and of Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (crore of Rs 22 , 75) – the two stars of Kartik Aary. Taran Adarsh tweeted: " Luka Chuppi is getting bigger on day 2 … Another strong day (day 3) will put him in a comfortable position because of the controlled costs … Will believe weekend business of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (crore of 26.57 Rs) and Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (crore of Rs 22.75). Luka Chuppi is directed by Laxman Utekar.

Luka Chuppi was the subject of playful criticism Friday with Sonchiriya (more on that later). Saibal Chatterjee in his account for NDTV wrote: " Luka Chuppi offers at best shallow entertainment, watch the movie only if it suits you." He gave the film two stars out of five. On the other hand, Sonchiriya director Abhishek Chaubey's drama dacoit, open to better reviews, but he seems to fight at the box office.
Luka Chuppi also fights against Indra Kumar. Total Dhamaal at the box office, which has now collected more than 100 crore from Rs.

Luka Chuppi is the story of Guddu and Rashmi who opt for a married life relationship. However, their respective families badume that they left and decide to organize a wedding according to the rituals. The comedy of errors that follows is the plot of the film.
