Kasauti Zindagi Ki is trapped while the paths of Anurag and Prerna intersect after being knotted with Komolika. In the previous episode, Prerna was awake in the hospital with a seizure in the head and heart. The doctors informed her of her pregnancy and asked her for the father's contact information so that he could come and take her home. However, Prerna realized that things would not be the same as the father of her baby, Anurag marries Komolika. She tries again to join the residence Basu to be able to contact Anurag and put an end to the marriage. However, she fainted halfway down the road when the Anurag and Komolika wedding took place. As they headed for the reception, they found Prerna lying on the road, unconscious. Anurag and Komolika immediately took her to the hospital.
In the promo of the next episode, it is shown that Komolika is visibly upset by Prerna for claiming a place in the heart of Anurag while he is married to her. While she makes a joke, another clip shows the doctor informing the nurse that she should inform the gentleman who is waiting outside (Anurag) of his pregnancy. Will Anurag discover pregnancy? Or will Komolika step in and claim her place as Anurag's wife and ruin things for Anurag and Prerna?
