Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, accompanied by director Ayan Mukerji, unveiled the logo of their upcoming film Brahmastra in a sumptuous sound and light show at Prayagraj in Kumbh Mela on Mahashivratri.
The trio watched 150 drones in the sky doing formations ranging from the Indian flag to the title and logo of the film. They also participated in an organized puja on the spot. The images of the event were shared online.
Earlier in the day, the trio had been sighted for Prayagraj, teasing fans with the first official look of the fantasy film, supposed to be the first installment of a planned trilogy.
Alia shared on Instagram several fun videos of the Mumbai trip to Prayagraj, during which she enjoyed having fun with her boyfriend Ranbir. Ranbir teasing, Alia said: "Give a beautiful smile with a dimple."
Ayan had made his Instagram debut a few hours earlier, sharing a cartoon-inspired image of a couple who kissed each other. "Part 1: Love," he says
Producer Karan Johar recently announced that the film would be released in time for Christmas 2019. Brahmastra is also performed by Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Dimple Kapadia and Nagarjuna Akkineni. Mouni recently expressed gratitude for having had the opportunity to work with Amitabh. "I can now die happy after doing the scenes with him. It can not be better than working with him in a movie, "she said.
