That Saaho is one of the most anticipated Indian films of the year is beyond any questioning. This Prabhas – Shraddha Kapoor starrer, with a plethora of other well-established support actors, is a huge-budget action show directed by Sujeeth and produced by UV Creations. Saaho will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam, and the team is working towards a mbadive release on August 15th. The latest on the film is that its overseas (excluding China) is worth 42 crore (roughly 6 million USD) by Phars Films. This is a non-Baahubali 2 benchmark for a South Indian movie; we can not consider 2.0 in this comparison since it was directly released by the producers Lyca in the overseas markets.
The Saaho team has been pretty slow on the front line so far; just two making videos (Shades of Saaho) have been released, and they reveal nothing but the fact that it's a film packed with mind blowing stunts and that both Prabhas and Shraddha have slogged it out for action scenes. Fans are expecting the team to the pre-release content.
The film is nearing the finish line of its shooting process. Being Prabhas' first release after the phenomenal reception to Baahubali, the expectations surrounding Saaho are at a feverish pitch.
