Finn Balor will defend the Intercontinental title on RAW after Fastlane 2019

Six titles were defended at the Fastlane 2019 television channel, but the Intercontinental title was forgotten because Finn Balor, the current Intercontinental champion, was not on the map, at the last PPV before WrestleMania 35.

But the WWE announced at Fastlane, Balor will defend his title on RAW after Fastlane, against Bobby Lashley.

Bobby Lashley, Balor's opponent at this week's RAW, teamed with Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin to face The Shield in a six-man team match. The shield then wins as Roman Reigns takes the lead and wins the last PPV match of the shield

The WWE announced to Fastlane that the Intercontinental title would be defended by Balor . against former intercontinental champion, Bobby Lashley.

Lashley loses the title of world champion against Balor at Elimination Chamber after teaming up with Lio Rush in a two-on-one handicap match. Balor won after pinning Rush, which eventually led Lashley to turn Rush.
