Former member of the group The Kapil Sharma Show and actor comedian Ali Asgar survived a serious car accident in Mumbai on Monday.
Ali was waiting for a sound signal. A high-speed car hit him from behind, pushing his car to collide with a truck in front. A visibly shaken actor later confided to ToI that he was lucky to have escaped the accident. He also thanked the police for saving him in time and for arresting the man who had struck his car
. He stated that he was driving the car and that he was driving the car. he was waiting at the signal when he suddenly felt a thump. "And then, I realized that my car had hit a truck parked in front," he said.
According to him, the accident left his car completely damaged.
"The hood of the car was open and I had a lucky escape. By the grace of God, nothing has happened. I'm afraid to think about what would have happened had there been a moving car or had there been pedestrians. Why this impetuous conduct? I'm shaken after that, "said Ali.
He added, "Fortunately, there were policemen around. A crowd gathered and the police came for help. They took care of everything and also took the guy who hit my car. "
