At the Stan Lee's death last November, it was obvious that we would stop ceasing to receive cameos from the legendary and beloved. In a new interview this weekend, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige suggested when it could be expected to happen, and confirmed that the highly anticipated Avengers: Endgame Lee cameo.
Captain Marvel suffers some minor damage. The latest version, Captain Marvel, has not only a cameo Lee, but a cameo Lee: it occurs during the train scene, when Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) continues one of its forms. Extraterrestrial Skrulls – but it also includes a moving homage in the beginning, with the animation of the Marvel Studios logo being transformed to have Lee's face in place of the superheroes that usually make up the whole thing.
(Before that, Lee's multi-voice camcorders in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse – released last December – meant more than usual for fans, as a result of his death.)
Asked by Entertainment Tonight that Endgame would have another Lee cameo, Feige responded in the affirmative. And when the publication asked him if there would be a cameo Lee in Spider-Man: Far From Home, which opens a few months after Endgame, Feige said, "We'll see. We are moving – we have shot a few more, so we are going to the last of them, yes. "
His commentary -" some others "- indicates that Endgame and Far From Home could be" Lee's last cameos. " It's possible that he's talking about "some others" in addition to his previous confirmation for Endgame. In this case, it is probably vague given that Marvel Studios does not deliberately talk about its post-Far From Home list.
Avengers: Endgame opens on April 26, 2019, followed by Spider-Man: Far From Home on July 5, 2019.
