A complaint was then filed by Abhishek at the Virugambakkam Police Station with Vemal and his friends have now reserved under sections 294B and 323 and an investigation is ongoing. These warrants are executable and the police attempt to summon the actor for an interrogation whose phone has been off since the night of the incident and is currently on the run.
