Actor Ayushmann Khurrana had the year 2018 with two consecutive successes, Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho. The actor has several interesting projects lined up this year, including a film titled Bala, on baldness premature. However, even before the work on the film began, the actor, as well as the producer Dinesh Vijan and the director Amar Kaushik, had legal trouble.
According to an article in the Nav Bharat Times, Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, badistant director, Kamal Kant Chandra, filed a lawsuit against the trio on Friday in the Bombay High Court, accusing him to have withdrawn the idea of his Wig project.
The report states that Kamal Kant, who has collaborated on films such as Daav Dev and Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, claimed to have met Ayushmann on the set of his film Bareilly Ki Barfi. Kamal told NBT that he had gone to meet Rajkummar Rao on the Bareilly Ki Barfi plateaux and that he had also met Ayushmann. Kamal said that he shared his idea of a man struggling with early baldness with Ayushmann on Whatsapp, who really liked him a lot and invited him to discuss it. Kamal says that although Ayushmann did not follow it at all, the actor had a similar movie idea after a few days.
Kamal added that he had sent a legal notice to all three – Ayushmann, Dinesh and Amar, but that he had got no response, so he sued.

The two characters may be similar, I do not know. I do not know his scenario and I have never met him. There can be a lot of stories about a bald man. I write my story from the first day. I do not know anything else. As far as the case is concerned, the producers will look into the matter. "
