Bollywood star Aamir Khan has ruled out the possibility of promoting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bhartiya Janta party in the elections just days after the Indian prime minister urged Bollywood celebrities to motivate people to vote in this upcoming election. "No, I do not promote any political party," Khan said to the question of whether he would promote the BJP in the elections.
Elections in India will be held in seven phases, from April 11 to May 19.
The Bollywood actor urged the Indian people to go and vote. "They should all vote and make elections a success," he told India Today .
