The Duke and Duchess of Susbad launched the day's celebrations by visiting Canada House, home of the Canadian High Commission. The couple was there to celebrate "the diverse community of young Canadians living in London". After their morning trip to Canada House, Meghan and Harry joined the rest of the royal family at Westminster Abbey for the service of the day.
At the Abbey, they attended a performance of Clean Bandit and other acts, including No Three Indian musicians of Dhol and a didgeridoo solo of an Australian native musician.
The Queen also highlights the importance of the ties between the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth nations as part of the 70th Anniversary of the Union of Nations.
His Majesty "The Commonwealth has special significance this year as we celebrate the 70th anniversary of the London Declaration, when the Commonwealth nations agreed to go forward together as members free and equal.
