Game of Thrones returns for the final season on April 14th.

HBO released the confirmed running time of each episode of the final season of the fantasy drama, Game of Thrones. The eighth season of the show will be the shortest, with only 6 episodes. The last season was also shorter than the usual series (which had 10 previously) with seven episodes.

These are official programs and are slightly different from those reported by some outlets a few days ago.

Last year, it was said that each episode of the final season would last a feature film, but it now appears that the first two episodes will last less than one hour. And it will be the last four episodes that will be long. Their duration varies between one hour and eighteen minutes and one hour and 22 minutes (the third episode).

Here is the duration of each of the six episodes, as well as their release dates.

Season 8, Episode 1, April 14: 54 minutes

Season 8, Episode 2, April 21: 58 minutes

Season 8, Episode 3, April 28: 1 hour and 22 minutes [19659006] Season 8, Episode 4 May 5: 1 hour and 18 minutes

Season 8, Episode 5, May 12: 1 hour and 20 minutes

This season should also resolve the conflict of the iron throne, the conflict that gave its name to the series. Cersei Lannister currently sits as Queen at King's Landing.

Game of Thrones is back for the final season on April 14th.
