The collage shows Vivek in a younger and older appearance, sporting different styles of hairstyle for different phases of the life of the Prime Minister. . The film's producer, Sandip Ssingh, had previously stated that "Vivek gave 15 tests of aspect requiring 7 to 8 hours of makeup a day. When an actor shows his dedication to the film, the filmmaker and his team are extremely enthusiastic and encouraged to make the film.
Modi's biopic also features Boman Irani, Manoj Joshi, Prashant Narayanan, Zarina Wahab, Barkha Sengupta, and Anjan Shrivastav Another project – a web series – will be produced on the same topic.
