Fans have a whole new theory about the latest version of MCU, Captain Marvel. They believe that an important character from the Guardian of the Galaxy franchise has made a short and subtle cameo in the movie and that no one has been able to notice it.
In Captain Marvel, Brie Larson plays Carol Danvers, a half-human, half-Kree woman who lands on the distant planet without any memory of her life on Earth. However, she had flashes of her past life and saw the faces of her friends, family and mentor. At this flashback, Carol was watching a shooting star with her best friend, Monica Rambeau. But what if it's not at all a shooting star, but a little boy in particular carried away into space?
A Redditor suggested that Peter Quill's shooting star and timeline be projected into the sky by Yondu and his men. in the debut of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1 match perfectly. Check out his theory:

Asked about the closeness of viewers to the Easter egg, Captain Marvel's visual effects supervisor, Chris Townsend, did not miss a hint. Addressing Huffington Post, he said, "I've never heard of Peter Quill, but I like that," he said. "I love the fans side of what we do. I like the reactions I like how much thought [goes into everything]. Obviously, every one of us who thinks about film making thinks about it a lot, but there is an amazing way to read things like the shooting star. "
" To be honest, it's my fifth Marvel movie, "he added." When I went to see Infinity War, there was so much going on in there, small pieces were attached , which I found amazing not to realize. "
We'll see Captain Marvel again on April 26th when Avengers: The final version is finally available, and Peter Quill, if there is not confirmation as to his presence in Endgame, he will most certainly be seen in The Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol 3.
