According to the latest report posted on Boxofficeindia.com, the film was successful on Sunday in bringing in a total of 21.5 million rupees at the box office. The collection on Sunday has increased about 15% compared to the day before. The film managed to collect a total of 78.25 million rupees in four days at the box office.

The plot of the film revolves around the historical character Havildar Ishar Singh (played by Akshay Kumar), who led the 36th Sikh Regiment of the British Indian Army in the Battle of Saragarhi, which took place in 1897. The film tells an incredible story of 21 Sikh soldiers who valiantly fought 10,000 Afghan soldiers.
