Kesari box office collections Day 5: The starrer Akshay Kumar entered the danger zone of the box office after his extended weekend. The film had an opening in Holi and recorded good numbers during its first weekend.
After an extended weekend of four days, Kesari made good money on Monday with 8.25 crores . the film started with 21.06 crores and, therefore, a double-digit score would have been preferable. That said, the numbers here show acceptable traces and manufacturers now have to expect the collections to remain consistent from that point on.
The film has already collected 86.43 crores and should enter 100 Crore Club from here tomorrow. There is no major competition around this game for the rest of the week and it is hoped that the collections will remain above the crore 7 . In addition, the film will have an opportunity to perform next week.
Directed by Anurag Singh, Kesari is based on the historical battle of Saragarhi in 1897.
