South released this week: Lucifer, Airaa, Super Deluxe and Lakshmi's NTR

After four not-so-hectic weeks, South India's film industry is set to end March on a strong note. Some of the most anticipated films of 2019 will be on the screens this week from Thursday.

Lucifer

First, Lucifer, the superstar of Malayalam, the superstar of Mohanlal. The revenge drama unfolding in a context of political upheaval is the first film of the actor-producer Prithviraj. If the recently released theatrical trailer has potential, the director for the first time seems to have created an engaging and stylish political thriller that will delight Mohanlal's core fans. Prithviraj has badembled a formidable cast of stars to support his ambition to become a successful filmmaker. Supporting actors include Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith Sukumaran, Saniya Iyappan, Saikumar, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Vivek Oberoi and Nyla Usha. Writer Murali Gopy wrote the film, which is produced by Antony Perumbavoor. It will be screened on March 28th.

Airaa

With Nayanthara in the lead role, Airaa is a horror drama. Unlike Kollywood's new fascination with half-witty horror comedy, which has been a huge box-office success, director KM Sarjun seems to have chosen the horror genre to shine a light on the party. taken from society with regard to women even in this day and age. Lakshmi's NTR

The next film by director Ram Gopal Varma, Lakshmi's NTR, is based on the political struggles of the god of the film, NT Rama Rao . RGV promised that he had made a biopic that shows the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. It's a counter-film for the biopic NTR in two parts – NTR: Kathanayakudu and NTR: Mahanayakudu. Previous films were produced and performed by NTR's son Balakrishna. While the two-part biopic described NTR as a messiah, the RGV movie promises to show that NTR is just a human who has made mistakes. With P Vijay Kumar in the role of NTR, the film will be released on the screens on March 29th.

Super Deluxe

This is unquestionably one of the most anticipated movies of 2019. In addition to having a stellar star cast, the film was successful in arousing the # 1 Interest of moviegoers because of the formidable reputation that its director Thiagarajan Kumararaja gained through his first film Aaranya Kaandam in 2011. He co-wrote the anthology film with other renowned Tamil directors – Mysskin, Nalan Kumarasamy and Neelan K. Sekar. The film boasts of Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Samantha and Ramya Krishnan in his star cast. Mysskin also played a leading role in one of the film's stories. It will open this Friday in cinemas.
