Mumbai: The Tamil remake of "Pink", produced by Boney Kapoor with Ajith in the leading role, will be released on August 10.
Directed by H. Vinoth, the film entitled "Nerkonda Paarvai" is also performed by Shraddha Srinath, Andrea Tariang and Abhirami Iyer, accompanied by Vidya Balan, who makes a special appearance.
The film is being shot in Hyderabad and filming will end in the third week of April.
"Extremely excited and happy the film is getting ready," said Boney in a statement.
