According to a report on BoxOfficeIndia.com, the film that crossed the bar of 100 crores in just seven days, reported 4.25 crores during its second Friday. The historical drama of the director Anurag Singh impressed the audience and the critics, under the effect of the brilliant interpretation of the main actor. High in patriotism, the film had the highest opening of the year 2019 and showed no signs of slowing down at the box office, despite the clash of new releases.

The film that debuted on a summit with a collection of 21 crores of rupees, estimated at about 106 crores of rupees at the end of the first week and began the second week with equally impressive figures.

Speaking about the success of the film, Parineeti said in a statement: "The whole team has invested so much in the film, so this 100 Rs crore is added to the compliment and the love of fans. "

The plot of the film revolves around the historical character Havildar Ishar Singh (played by Akshay Kumar), who led the 36th Sikh Regiment of the British Indian Army in the Battle of Saragarhi. The film tells the incredible story of 21 Sikh soldiers who valiantly fought 10,000 invading Afghan soldiers.

Directed by Anurag Singh, the film also stars Parineeti Chopra, Mir Sarwar, Vansh Bhardwaj, Jaspreet Singh, Vivek Saini and Vikram Kochhar.
