The actor Salman Khan began filming his next film, Dabangg 3. He went to Indore Sunday with his brother and the film's producer, Arbaaz Khan, and director Prabhudheva. Since Indore, the team has visited Mandleshwar and Maheshwar.
The actor shared the first picture of the film sets on Twitter and captioned: "Day 1 …. # dabangg3 @arbaazkhanofficial @ prabhudheva @ nikhildwivedi25". As Salman picks up his character from Chulbul Pandey in the movie, he can see his aviator sunglbades hanging on the back of his shirt collar in the new photo. One can see Prabhudheva standing in front of him with the famous Fort Ahilya in the background.

Some additional images of the sets appeared on various pages of fans. One of the images also hinted at the film's plot. A banner on the trays said: "Social welfare fund of Chulbul dwara aayojit, elderly citizen, samuhik vivah me aapka swagat hai (Welcome to the mbad marriage ceremony organized by the Chulbul Social Welfare Fund)".

Salman had shared a video with Arbaaz before shooting the film on Sunday. The actor said in the video: "Arbaaz and I have just landed in Indore, where we were born. Then we will go to Mandleshwar and Maheshwar to film for Dabangg, where our grandfather was stationed while in police custody. Arbaaz added: "That's right. We will have our first day of shooting tomorrow. Dabangg 3 starts tomorrow!
Sonakshi Sinha will be considered the female lead of the film. She is ready to take on her character Rajjo for the third time and will soon join the Dabangg 3 team. She replied to the video, "Seeeee soooooon !!!!" The actor debuted in Bollywood with the first opus of the successful franchise in 2010. After Sonu Sood and Raj Prakash, the kannada actor Sudeep would be expected to play the antagonist in Dabangg 3. Salman finished shooting the film Bharat of Ali Abbas Zafar, whose release is planned at Eid. June 5th. Sonakshi is currently promoting his upcoming film, Kalank, which also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit. It should be released in theaters on April 17th.
