However, Mahesh Babu's next film failed to beat his latest film, Bharat Ane Nenu, which brought in about 38 crores of rupees for the sale of his non-theatrical rights. Given the hype around the film, Maharshi had to score more than Bharat Ane Nenu. In addition, Maharshi was manufactured with a large budget of Rs 65 million and would have covered most of the production costs. Well, it remains now to see how the film will perform at the box office, which will lead Maharshi to the list of hit movies Mahesh Babu.
