Vamsi Paidipally's Maharshi, performed by Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde, reportedly brought back many of its satellite rights.

Paidipally's Maharshi of Vamsi with Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. The recently released teaser and song Choti Choti Baatein has sparked a lot of curiosity and expectations among movie buffs. While waiting to know what the film has to offer, according to reports, Maharshi's satellite rights have been sold at a derisory price. The producers of the film would have recovered 27.80 million rupees from the sale of its digital rights and satellites.

However, Mahesh Babu's next film failed to beat his latest film, Bharat Ane Nenu, which brought in about 38 crores of rupees for the sale of his non-theatrical rights. Given the hype around the film, Maharshi had to score more than Bharat Ane Nenu. In addition, Maharshi was manufactured with a large budget of Rs 65 million and would have covered most of the production costs. Well, it remains now to see how the film will perform at the box office, which will lead Maharshi to the list of hit movies Mahesh Babu.
