What is the story?

AEW superstar Chris Jericho recently revealed an interesting element behind Batista's return to WWE, in his "Talk is Jericho" podcast.

Jericho said that WWE called Batista 10 minutes after Jericho posted a picture with him on Instagram.

In case you do not know it. . .

Last month, Batista returned to WWE during Ric Flair's 70th birthday celebration on Monday night. The animal was seen dragging an unconscious Flair out of his room and addressing Triple H.

The match was taking place between Triple H and Batista for WrestleMania, with The Game putting his career on the line. The confrontation took place last year at SmackDown 1000, when Triple H, Batista, Randy Orton and Ric Flair shared the ring in a highly anticipated meeting of Evolution. Batista agitated things by declaring that Triple H had never beaten him. A fight was teased but Ric Flair managed to prevent it.

The Heart of the Problem

Jericho recently stated that WWE had banned it and that it was deleting its references. of their social media. In the last episode of "Talk is Jericho", the former WWE Undisputed Champion spoke in-depth about the upcoming match between The Animal and The Game.

He then revealed that the WWE called Batista a few minutes after Jericho had published together on Instagram, the photo-sharing application. You can listen to the audio, which starts at 55:15

. He was pushing for that and they were giving him the final result. I posted a picture of us together, online on Instagram … they called back in 10 minutes! No kidding!

What's next?

Jericho may be telling the truth here, but there's no denying the fact that WWE has been teasing this game for a long time now. WWE might think that Batista could sign with AEW, which would lead to the promotion that would name him and guarantee him for WrestleMania 35.

What do you think of this interesting object? Is it possible that the WWE panics when seeing the picture and immediately calls Batista?
