The Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan, received a new honorary doctorate in philanthropy from the University of Law (London). He received merit at a graduation ceremony at over 350 students on Thursday. SRK already has honorary doctorates from the University of Bedfordshire and the University of Edinburgh.
Sharing photos of the ceremony, SRK tweeted, "Thank you for this honor @universityoflaw & my best wishes to the graduates. This will encourage our @MeerFoundation team to "selfishly" strive to share more. "

Over the years, Shah Rukh has established himself as an actor, film producer and TV host, philanthropist and entrepreneur. I am honored by this honorary doctorate which has been awarded to me and I would like to thank all those involved for choosing me, "he added.
The Meer Foundation, a nonprofit organization of Shah Rukh, works primarily with victims of acid attacks and aims to bring about change on the ground. level to build a world that empowers women. He has been honored with the Crystal Award for his work in favor of survivors of acid attacks at the 2018 World Economic Forum held in Davos.
