Naagin 3 begins with Maahir and Bela beginning the call to divinity. Bela starts the Tandav dance while Maahir plays dhol. Bela badures Maahir that the invocation of the deity will not kill the child but just the evil that lurks in him. Both begin to pray to the deity. They undergo a holy intervention. Vishakha comes here and takes the baby and kisses her. It is revealed later that while Vikrant finds Vishakha in an unconscious state. She apologizes for her bad behavior. To his relief, Vikrant reveals Bela's plan to exchange babies for him. It also reveals that the baby can be cured of harm. Back in the present, Vishakha delays the ritual because she wants to watch her baby. It is then revealed that it is Sumitra under the disguise of Vishakha. The day goes a long way to the sorrow of Bela and Maahir. Hukum comes here and takes the baby. Sumitra imprisons them in an enchanted cage of magic.
Hukum (Nikitin Dheer) and Sumitra (Rakshanda Khan) leave from there, Vishakha (Anita Hbadanandani) and Vikrant (Rajat Tokas) spot them, Vishakha asks to give him the baby back. Vikrant urges Hukum to fight with him. Hukum agrees with the warning that whoever fights him will die. He hands Adhak over to Sumitra. Vishakha begs Sumitra to give him the baby. Hukum soon wins over Vikrant, Sumitra asks him to beg in front of Hukum for Vikrant's life. Vishakha steals the baby from Sumitra and hits her, Vikrant asks her to run away but she gives the baby to Sumitra. Hukum leaves Vikrant and Sumi moves away, leaving Vish crying.
Juhi arrives at the temple and frees Bela (Surbhi Jyoti) and Maahir (Pearl V Puri). Rushing to save the baby, Bela asks Juhi to stay at the temple because Hukum and other people do not yet know his true identity. Vishakha comes there and Bela reveals that Hukum took the baby. Bela, Maahir, Vish and Vikrant find Hukum in the jungle. They block them. There is once again a huge fight between Vikrant and Hukum. Bela intervenes in the fight. Vishakha takes Sumitra's baby. Maahir stops Sumi with a Bel Patra. There is a verbal argument between mother and son about the morality of an ideal mother and an ideal son. Maahir tells her instead of crying for her son who has just died, she is behind the Naagmani. She repeats that she has not forgotten her son and that she is Naagin, she will never forget her revenge.
When Bela fights with Hukum, she is attacked by Alekh. Hukum takes the baby from Vishakha and starts to leave. Bela again takes her snake-like form from Naag Raani and asks her to hand over Andhak. She is tempted to kill Andhak but Vishaka begs her. In Sehgal's house, Sumitra and Hukum discover that Adhak is a girl. Instead of being furious, Hukum asks them to continue the preparations. Moonlight shines on Andhak and Alekh is projected. Hukum, Sumitra and Rohini are shocked to see Andhak acquire powers.
Maahir, Vish and Vikrant go to Bela, who was hit by Hukum during the fight. Bela asks them to go back and find Andhak. Maahir asks him to calm down. Vikrant says that there is no way now to rescue Andhak. Bela reveals that there is always a way and she tells them about their last resort. They can still save the baby by tying Rudraksha mala around Andhak's neck. This will keep him for the time away from harm. They reach the Sehgal house to execute the plan.
Vishakha and Vikrant enter the room and find everything destroyed. On the other hand, Maahir and Bela, too, find their room in a mess. They all come together to look in other rooms. They hear the voice of a girl in the room and ask her to go out. They are shocked to find a girl in the room.
PRECAP: Vishakha hugs her when Sumitra introduces Andhaki. The girl pushes Vish much to his dismay. Sumitra reveals that it's not really friendly with strangers.
