Kabir Singh is the official Hindi remake of the Telugu Superproduction Arjun Reddy, who stars Vijay Devarakonda and Shalini Pandey. The makers dropped the film's teaser on Monday. Shahid Kapoor, who plays the main role in the film, is a full-fledged rebel.
Sharing the clip on social media, Shahid said that the character was "not a rebel without a cause".

Juggling with his medical profession and his love life, Kabir's character is all that he has. It's perfect. Aggressive, stubborn and brutal, the character of Shahid is seen without complacency engaging in a variety of drugs in the teaser. Kiara Advani appears in the female lead of the film.

The narrative describes Kabir's journey that slowly descends into the realm of self-harm once his love is married to a different man.

Kabir Singh is scheduled to hit the theaters on June 21 of this year.
