Death of the actor Navtej Hundal's Uri: The Strike Surgical, CINTAA Shares News

Navtej Hundal was last seen in the movie Vicky Kaushal-starrer "Uri: The Surgical Gesture" published in January 2019.

Navtej Hundal, who recently played the role of Interior Minister in Aditya Dhar in the mega-blockbuster movie Uri: The Surgical Strike last respired on Monday. The details of the cause of his death are unknown.

The news was shared on the official Twitter account of the CINTAA (Association of Cinema and Television Artists). The message reads: "#CINTAA expresses its deepest condolences for the pbading of Shri Navtej Hundal, May his soul rest in peace, Cremation takes place in Oshiwara Crematorium, Relief Road, Prakash Nagar, Dnyaneshwar Nagar, Jogeshwari (W ) at 11 am "

Navtej is survived by his wife Neelam and two daughters. Avantika Hundal, one of his daughters, is also an actress and plays Mihika in the popular daily soap opera Yeh Hai Mohabbatein . The main roles are Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi

Navtej has previously worked in Bollywood films as Khalnayak (1993), Tere Mere Sapne (1996) and The murmurs (2009). Navtej also made television shows like Bharat Ek Khoj and directed theater clbades. His latest film Uri with Vicky Kaushal in the lead, became the biggest blockbuster of 2019 with collections close to the crore of 245 INR, according to Box Office India.
