in Brooklyn, NY, as we conclude a long series of wrestling events at Barclays Center tonight. Tonight's show is "Smackdown after WrestleMania". I will be the on-site correspondent of the Wade Keller Pro Wrestling Post Show tonight and look forward to sharing our experience in the arena, especially after the end of the evening on Raw yesterday.

Celebrating the Kofi Kingston WWE Championship [19659025]
On Sunday, Kofi Kingston completed the long trip and won the title of WWE Champion Daniel Bryan. The match lasted about 24 minutes and ended when Kofi hit his signature Trouble in Paradise and scored the pin. He celebrated with his New Day partners and brought back the original leather and metal. Kofi's sons participated in the festivities and New Day also revealed new t-shirts showing Kofi as a champion.
Last night on Raw, New Day made a surprise appearance. Kofi challenged new world champion Seth Rollins to win all main tournament matches. They started their match but were interrupted by the Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro) who also made a surprise appearance on Raw. They would have a team match against Kofi and Seth, eliminating the winner the whole game. This was not well received by the crowd. Kofi and Seth would continue to win.

Frank's badysis: I hate to do a lot of things, but what about WWE thinking about it? last night? It's not that we did not finish the winner throughout the match, but that the bar is inconvenient and leads to a team match? Give me a person in the audience or in front of the television who would have been enthusiastic about it. I guarantee you will not find it. Before the Seth-Kofi match, they also have an advertisement for the celebration of Kofi's celebration tonight, which virtually revealed that there would be no final. It's just a dull and sloppy tone on many levels. WWE was afraid of being opposed to the NCAA Championship game and that's why it announced that a winner would win the entire game. I wonder if Vince thought so well, people complained about the lighting and the length of WrestleMania? Who do you complain about? Now you will get an average major by getting an unfinished in a big match and a match with a tag that will not interest you. Leave me alone. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how the crowd reacts to Kofi tonight, knowing we've seen it last night. He does not have the courage to see him for the first time at Smackdown as a WWE Champion.
Smackdown Team Championship: The Usos (Champions) vs. Hardy Boyz (Matt & Jeff) [1945] 19659009] Usos retain the Smackdown Team Champion title by winning a match at four fatal to WrestleMania, as I indicated earlier.
It could be argued that the Usos are one of the best teams, if not the best of the last ten years, with their popularity and their six championships in total. If you support another ten years, many other teams join this conversation and one of them is undoubtedly Matt & Jeff Hardy. In addition to their individual distinctions, the Hardys have won eight team championships under the banner of WWE and have had many memorable matches.
You can make the badogy that the Hardys are for Edge and Christian like the Usos for New Day, as these teams had long-term big quarrels. We could say that the best of the 2000s meets the best of 2010 while the Usos defend their title against the Hardys tonight. The Hardys won the last WrestleMania team championship on their epic return to the show in 2017. Here are the Usos after their victory at WrestleMania:
Frank's badysis: You could argue that it should have been on the WrestleMania card and probably, but with so many games, it's almost better to be on Smackdown because it stands out. One thing to consider here is that Superstar Shakeup is next week. Usos are on Smackdown since 2016. A move to Raw would not hurt and the Hardys win the title would not be the worst thing in the world. They could keep it short term and inculcate someone else in a feud.
VARIED STORIES FOR FOLLOW-UP
Next Up for Miz & Shane McMahon
Shane McMahon defeated the Miz in a "Falls Count Anywhere" account at WrestleMania. He won when Miz put him on top of a camera platform, but Shane was strangely on top of him and scored a pin.
Their story goes back to when Shane McMahon won the World Cup at Crown Jewel, when he replaced Miz in the World Cup tournament finals. They then briefly organized the Smackdown Tag Team Championship and when they failed to pick up the titles, Shane turned on Miz. This led to the match at WrestleMania. Frank's badysis: Miz carried him off, thinking that Shane would leave as he usually does after WrestleMania. Shane earns points for this quarrel to continue and that's good. The match took place and I'm sure we can expect something in an upcoming episode of Smackdown, if not the next Saudi show. After the WWE has organized Saudi shows after WrestleMania, we can begin to see the quarrels extend beyond "Mania rather than end as they usually do."
The target on the back of Becky Lynch
As we know, Becky Lynch won the Women's Raw Championship and Smackdown at WrestleMania of Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair.
Last night on Raw, Becky thanked the fans and called herself "Becky Two Belts". She told Ronda, who was not present, that when she had finished sulking, she could come back and be banged on the shoulders. Regarding Charlotte, she said sarcastically that the McMahon would probably give her the team championship to make her feel better. In the end, she realized that she was a prominent woman but that she was ready to "slap your head."
Lacey Evans would interrupt Becky's departure and the two would fight. Becky almost placed the Disarm Her on Lacey before the referees removed it.

Frank Analysis: There are several reports that Ronda Rousey has broken his hand at WrestleMania, so it seems that this quarrel will get a break. It's hard to say if the feud with Charlotte will also be paused, but we'll know it at Smackdown. Lacey Evans, even if she did not do much except her multiple struts and her appearance at the Royal Rumble, would not be a bad option against Becky for a while. The two interesting things to see are the women who will be performing in Superstar Shakeup next week, in combination with Becky holding both titles. It is Charlotte and Asuka that I will pay attention.
The IIconics Begin Their Reign of the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship
The IIconics (Peyton Royce & Billie Kay) Captured Their First WWE Women's Team Championship at WrestleMania in a fatal quadrilateral that I mentioned earlier.
Peyton and Billie are childhood friends who entered the WWE system in 2016, making their debut as an iconic duo on NXT. They have never won a title, but Peyton went on to a fatal four-way match for the NXT Women's Championship at Takeover in November 2017.
They made their debut on Smackdown last year after WrestleMania and attacked Charlotte Flair, leading to Carmella cashed. his Money in the Bank contract to win the Women's Smackdown Championship. Frank's badysis: I'm not sure that IIconics should have obtained the titles of Tags here, but with Bayley losing a quick match against Alexa Bliss, you wonder if they share it with Sasha Banks in Superstar Shakeup. I do not hate this victory either. There is a story to tell with these two.
More to anticipate tonight:
- Lars Sullivan finally made his Raw debut last night and Sami Zayn made his comeback after 10 minutes. months of absence. Lars attacked Kurt Angle and Sami won in an Intercontinental Champion match against new champion Finn Balor. We've seen several calls from NXT, so it's hard to imagine getting more tonight. Lars was scheduled to be called in November but had mental health issues that he seemed to have overcome.

The Barclays Center website indicates a start time of 19:45. local hour. Curiously, I received an e-mail stating that the event would begin at 7:30 pm and that the doors would open at 6 pm As they did with Raw last night, they do not announce matches or struggles.
